Alternatively, you may pull a win out from a combination of massive Death's Shadow and your other creatures. The Repay in Kind may help with this, especially in multi-player environments, but is mostly in there just to be cute.

Despite the theme of this deck, you actually should not be completely wasteful when spending that life... block when it is smart to, leave those Godless Shrine untapped if you don't need them.
