This is a red/blue deck focused completely around the scry mechanic. It is made up from cards mostly out of the Theros block and isn't too expensive to build. It is simple to play in that you use Sigiled Starfish to dictate what cards you are drawing early on, as well as Thassa, God of the Sea. Once this is all good you have the main focus of the deck... Flamespeaker Adept . She will be dealing more damage than your opponents will expect, especially if you combine Flamespeaker Adept + Thassa, God of the Sea + Sigiled Starfish + Aqueous Form + Titan's Strength (dealing a blow of 13 unblockable damage from Flamespeaker Adept alone) which is very simple to do. Albeit this combo is only achievable by turn 5, this deck has enough defensive strength to keep you going until you can pull off combos like this if need be. Such as Voyage's End for pesky abzan or Magma Jet for the smaller creatures. Plus the Monastery Flock as a helpful "burn-wall" + it's a flyer, so why not?
