The discard archetype in modern is 8-rack. You play a bunch of discard spells, most important of which are 4 Inquisition of Kozilek and 4 Thoughtseize, then play 8 'rack' cards, so 4 The Rack and 4 Shrieking Affliction to kill them. Also 4 Mutavault to kill them.

Telepathy is the king of these cards, and is modern legal

why do you need Telepathy in this deck though, if pretty much every other card in your deck makes them reveal their hand? also Surgical Extraction/Extirpate might be helpful. Appetite for Brains only hits 4+ cmc cards. which the majority of modern decks don't have enough of to make this card consistently useful.

I think the biggest problem this deck currently has is the mana-base: over half of the deck is black spells and yet you only have 6 sources of black mana. The first thing I would do is ditch the - Telepathy doesn't do anything and while Negate is a fine card, it's not worth splashing a colour for - and then decide whether you absolutely need the . Being mono-black will make your mana much better but if you definitely want to keep the white, then look into the cheaper two colour lands: Isolated Chapel, Temple of Silence, Caves of Koilos, Scoured Barrens, Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse. Basically, with the amount of cheap black spells you have, you want to have almost all of your lands able to produce black mana.
