The plan is to cast Living Death with a lot of stuff in our graveyard and not much in our opponents'.

Screeching Skaab, Sultai Skullkeeper, Street Wraith and Crow of Dark Tidings all dump cards straight to our graveyard. Halimar Depths lets us set up what gets milled and what gets left on top when we play any of these.

Hapless Researcher and Overeager Apprentice let us get tools we can't or don't want to cast in there from our hand, while providing resources.

Bojuka Bog and Crypt Creeper remove threats from our opponent's graveyard.

Archaeomancer is just silly here, as we can potentially recast Living Death with free buyback any time Archaeomancer is in the graveyard.

Viscera Seer provides us a handy sac outlet so we can dump our team into the graveyard just before Living Death, essentially making it a one-sided wipe.

Flame-Kin Zealot lets us crack in for big damage and, crucially, gives our creatures haste so if our self-mill gets the whole library we can potentially get a kill before having to draw.

Lets face it, this is some Timmy/Johnny jank, and we're gonna need help surviving long enough to show off.

Cabal Therapy protects our game plan by eating counterspells, combat tricks and other seriously problematic cards like Tormod's Crypt or Goblin War Strike. Mesmeric Fiend serves a similar role and also lets us get a peek at their hand, making Cabal Therapy even more powerful once we've cast one.

Deathgreeter can generate a ton of life with an effect like "Each player... sacrifices all creatures he or she controls." But first we'll be just getting some from sacrifices and blocking, so we can survive to five mana (and get some synergy pieces in the graveyard).

Man-o'-War is also excellent at buying time, or getting blockers out of the way after we cast Living Death.

Updates Add

Shadows over Innistrad has given us Crow of Dark Tidings, which handily replaces our weakest graveyard filler, Wailing Ghoul.

I'm finding the deck is actually resilient enough to not require Mesmeric Fiend, nice as it is to get a peek before casting a Cabal Therapy. Removing them as well as one Deathgreeter and one Crypt Creeper lets us add Street Wraiths to really speed things up.
