A self mill deck that utilizes the Persistent Petitioners to further the ever present goal of milling yourself.

Deck Teckish. 1. Drowned Secrets is a great card in this deck because basically for along as its on the battlefield, each spell you cast mills you for two. 2. Hedron Crab is a great early game blocker and is a pretty consistent mill component. 3. Fraying Sanity is just an all around good card that really makes our games go buy quickly. 4. Increasing Confusion's Flashback is really useful because if you mill it, its not a dead card and can grow your graveyard. 5. Jace's Triumph is just a good draw spell. 6. Laboratory Maniac Is a Back up Jace 7. Preordain again, a very nice draw spell for the early game. 8. Skaab ruinator is an excellent recurable buff dude. He's Great with dealing with your opponents oathbreakers as he has flying. 9. Thought Lash is an instant win if your jace is out.

turn 4 win Combo thing. Sapphire Medallion on turn 2, Thought lash turn 3, Dont pay the upkeep cost of thought lash, play jace, and plus 1. BOOM.
