The Mainboard is designed to handle the dominant deck of our current Standard format, Delver, while also having some non-creatures to avoid creature removal(EX: Terminus, Day of Judgement) while still acting early(as red should :P).

The sideboard is designed to handle Hexproof(Phyrexian Metamorph), creatures you can't handle or Legendaries(Zealous Conscripts, Phyrexian Metamorph), artifacts(Crush, Torch Fiend).

Editing:

With the presence of Bonfire of the Damned, Whipflare may be a thing of the past. I'm unsure of how effective Vexing Devils actually are, so I only put in 2, Gut Shot isn't going to help you if your opponent isn't dying or they're playing bigger creatures. 4 Tibalts may also be an option. If you're you're facing tons of weenies or another Red deck, swap in Vulshok Refugee/Blasphemous Act, if you need an earlier creature swap, board in a forth Metamorph/Traitorous Blood.
