Potential for a 12/12 trample on turn one. On turn one, if you get any land, a lotus petal, a phyrexian dreadnought, and stifle, then you can have Phyrexian Dreadnought on turn one. You play the land and the lotus petal for 0. Then you cast Phyrexian Dreadnought with the land and sacrifice the lotus petal for one blue mana. You cast Stifle with the blue mana to counter the triggered ability of Phyrexian Dreadnought so that way you don't have to sacrifice it. Turn two, you can cast Berserk on and have a 24/24 trample and then swing game :)
