Building this deck for a friend whose previous Orzhov deck is out of rotation. Designed to be inexpensive and comprised mostly of cards that we already have (hence the lack of Thoughtseizes, Hero's Downfalls, etc.). Tries to exploit Whip of Erebos and Vizkopa Guildmage's ability to hurt the opponent after gaining life.
