This is currently my budget legacy storm list. It is capable of turn one wins,but I would like to know how to improve it. The basic idea is to use a resolved Ad Nauseum (which can be found using Dark petition or Lim-Duls vault) to draw up to 20-30 cards with angels grace cast. Then, cast multiple 0 mana artifacts to build up storm count. You can use the Retracts to bounce them then cast them again if necessary. You win by using rituals to generate mana and cast a Tendrils of agony (which can also be tutored for by Dark petition or Lim-Duls vault), which is backed up by our anti-counterspell counterspell (sorry for the tongue twister) dispel.

Please remember that this is a budget deck, so any suggestions cant be over 7-8 dollars a piece unless they are extremely good.
