This is my way how to play low-priced mono blue standard (control) deck. I would appreciate every single helpful advice. Thanks

I'd like to mainboard Blighted Agent and Runechanter's Pike , but I'm not sure which cards could I lack in this deck. I'm afraid of having too much creatures or too less spells, specially counter spells. Could anyone help me with this? Any suggestions?
