Thought is to create devotion whilst attacking without being afraid to lose creatures to regular combat damage. They must have their flyers ready to touch us.

1-drop:
Gudul Lurker - unblockable slow-chopping. Will act as as a 2/2 unblocakble in mid and late game with morph
Sidisi's Faithful - early wall against aggro. Only two because it's gudul we really want to start with. Could be sacrificed if I choose to put Profaner of the Dead in.

2-drop:
Stratus Dancer - evasive chopper w/ counter possibilities and will be 3/2 mid and late game morphed
Vaporkin - evasive chopper which will get +1/1 with master of waves

3-drop:
Shorecrasher Elemental - massive devotion booster with blink. Can be 5/1 or 1/5 if needed
Thassa, God of the Sea - could enter on T3 making it 3 devotion and ready to attack T4 as indestructible badass when a double UU enters
Cloudform - VERY evasive, hexproof and flying w/ devotion boost
Silumgar Sorcerer - devotion w/ evasive and counter possibilities
Bident of Thassa - devotion and massive drawing opportunities with so many evasive creatures

4-drop:
Master of Waves - the reason for all our devotion. Best case scenario is to enter T4 with 6x 2/1 tokens.

5-drop:
Torrent Elemental - will make every defender tapped so all our tokens can go through unnoticed

Little unsure about Torrent Elemental . Maybe better for a control deck.Hope to get some suggestions to make this deck better. The previous monoblue standard were much easier with brilliant one-drops in Judge's Familiar and Cloudfin Raptor and Frostburn Weird for the 2-drop slot.
