So it is basically a discard deck, but with ninjas.

As well as being cool, the ninjas also fit the theme of the deck. Okiba-Gang Shinobi contributes to discarding the opponents hand. Throat Slitter is additional removal which has the chance of gaining extra value. Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni is there to gain value from creatures which have been discarded by the opponent.

Remember that i'm trying to keep this as low budget as possible, and even the single ink-eyes is pushing it.
