This deck has one basic, underlying mechanic; all your creatures have to block one of mine with deathtouch. This deck is meant to act as an opponent creature wipe. Beastmaster's Magemark gives a creature +1/+1 for each creature blocking it, throw that on with something with lure and deathtouch and when it comes to assigning damage I can assign one damage to each blocking creature.

The weakness of this mechanic is if I am playing against first strike, hence the Domri Rade. Besides the other nice things it offers me, the emblem gives me double strike along with other nice stuff I can use.

I also have the Protean Hydra, which is where my biggest damage to the opponent comes from. This is also why Bioshift is so nice - say my hydra has 6 +1/+1 counters on it, I can move five of them onto another creature and at the end of my turn the hydra now has 11 counters on it.

This deck is a slight work in progress. I am looking for other cool combos that enhance the mechanic I am going for.
