Cast zero cost artifacts on turn 1
Use those artifacts to cast Scale or Tooth of Chiss-Goria
Use the CMC of those two to cast Metalwork Collossus
If you don't have metalwork colossus, use the artifacts to cast spells with Affinity.
Thoughtcast helps you draw cards for metalwork colossus

I think that's how it works. Maybe.
