Rather than splashing with artifacts I decided to use the lands as utility. Very low budget, and truly colorless. I'll be mulling over it for awhile before ordering and trying it in my local fnm. It will usually dump the hand by turn 2-3 and fish turn 4-5.

Any ideas to improve it while keeping the theme and budget would be appreciated.
