I based this deck around Liliana's Caress, however I wanted to keep the budget low on this deck so it got replaced with Megrim. I've worked over some of the cards already, adding in Aqueous Form in place of Fear . The main aspect is to get Megrim out asap, then drain the opponents hand with; Aqueous Form + Dimir Cutpurse , Dimir Infiltrator + Helm of the Ghastlord , and Mind Burst doing a good job at that. When your opponent runs out of cards to discard it's time to play Shrieking Affliction. Recommendations welcome, preferably ones that are budget friendly!

About the maybe board. I'm considering Perplex because if I can't use it I can transmute it for Megrim. Triton Shorestalker could be a possible replacement for Dimir Infiltrator and would cost less mana.

Alright, Triton Shorestalker doesn't fit well cause it only benefits from the blue side of Helm of the Ghastlord . Also, I realized defenders wouldn't be a bad idea. So, Remove Triton Shorestalker, Remove 2x Ravenous Rats because they almost always make it onto the board before Megrim. I could probably put Ravenous Rats back in and remove Despise. Now we have 4 slots for defenders and I wanted something to deal with flyers. I picked Fog Bank, it's brilliant. Hopefully that fixes things.
