Mono-Black Pauper Deck, the first pauper I've ever made.
Evil Presence
and
Contaminated Ground
turn their lands into swamps, allowing my swampwalkers to move right through.
Quag Vampires
is a good one-drop starter that's not a dead draw into the mid/late game.
Blistergrub is a 2/2 for 3 that is unblockable AND hits them for two when it dies, a great card overall.
Mortis Dogs
is a similar idea built for mid-game. It would be an immediate threat that any opponent would be forced to take out.
Sewer Shambler
is basically the same idea but with scavenge instead of damage on death.
Gray Merchant of Asphodel is a mid/late game bomb. With the land enchantments and at least a few of my creatures intact it should provide some heavy damage and lifegain.
Dash Hopes is my new favorite black instant! BB and counter target spell, UNLESS they pay 5 life! It's hugely mana efficient.
Grasp of Darkness is pretty self-explanatory.
Sideboarding against creature removal and such.
