Budget Modern deck focusing on getting in early and often with unblockable little guys like Slither Blade and Invisible Stalker and then Cipher (awesome mechanic) a lot of board control ( Hands of Binding and Hidden Strings ) and card advantage ( Last Thoughts and Mental Vapors ) onto them to really hurt. Swinging out with a bunch of little untouchables isn't going to work very well when opponents have bigger and badder bois, so adding Fog Bank and Wall of Frost should slow them down. Finally, a few late-game Cipher bombs ( Undercity Plague and Stolen Identity ) and a personal favorite, Elbrus, the Binding Blade   should be enough to pull out a win if the stall game takes too long.

As always, suggestions are welcome, but keep in mind this is a mostly casual, kitchen table type deck so suggesting 4 copies of $10 lands won't be much help. Thanks!
