12 card combo tidewater minion + illusionist's bracers equipped to the tidewater minion= infinite mana. Donate/harmless offering any morph and "mastery of the unseen" to your opponent (if this is a multiplayer match you by default lose the game.) You then play 2x "isochron scepters" one with "break open" and the other with "backslide". With infinite mana, you can tap these any amount of times since you can also untap them using the same combo as before. Lastly, play tainted remedy. You can now infinitely break open and backslide your opponent's creatures so that they gain infinite life but with tainted remedy, they actually lose infinite life. Ideally, omniscience can allow you to play this combo more easily.
