Still learning deck building... this is a version of my old mono black infect. Decided to splash blue for the Blighted Agent and Distortion Strike since when I had Hand of the Praetors they never lasted more than a turn. Also at the time I was building this I was trying to stay within the Scars block and now I don't really care. I am really trying to avoid green in this deck...
