I got Kiora, Master of the Waves back when I started in October with my first pack, and now I've finally decided to use her in something. This deck is about getting out lots of Land Creatures, using Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper and spells, untapping them with Kiora's +1 ability and giving them evasion using Halimar Tidecaller, as well as getting Awaken spells back. This is my second deck build so I expect it to be meh and I've just thrown this together. Criticism is welcome and needed.
