Actual Description

This is a prototype budget deck that I am currently in the process of building for standard competitions at my local game store's FNM's. The main idea is to consistently target Agent of the Fates with various cheap spells until Master of Cruelties can be brought out and have a Madcap Skills placed on him so he can obliterate blockers until finally breaking through. (Maybe with the help of Gift of Orzhova?) After bringing their life total to 1, Rix Maadi Guildmage can take care of the rest.

I understand that this is not a very good concept for a competitive deck, but it is simply my idea for a deck that I can have fun with at my local FNM's. If you could suggest some options to make this more viable, that would be great! Furthermore, this is the first deck I've put on TappedOut, any comments related to my approach to the post are welcome as well. Thanks!

UPDATE:

I've changed a lot of the deck. Added a few more creatures for early game presence, added burn and lowered how much I rely on Master of Cruelties to win the game. I'll be back soon to update the Main Combos section and description to reflect that soon! Thanks!
