Sideboard

The sole purpose of this deck if to +1/+1 counters. A decent deck for a low cost.

Since it's a budget deck, this deck is designed to not have too many cards phased out by the end of rotation during the summer and at least last until next year if I'm not mistaken.

Enduring Scalelord + Enduring Scalelord + Feat of Resistance The Infinite Dragon Strike, these two dragons will trip each others effects until the end of days. Overload them +1/+1s and use Feat of Resistance to protect from a color for one dragon if necessary.

Abzan Battle Priest + Ainok Bond-Kin + Tuskguard Captain Power Boost, these three cards will cause an army of +1/+1 creatures to literally swing, destroy, and give you life at the same time.

Avatar of the Resolute One Man Army, by itself it is not impressive. Get it one the field with at least three creatures with +1/+1, and it becomes a powerhouse with trample and reach.

Gleam of Authority Instant Boost, this enchantment gives a +1/+1 for every other +1/+1 that your creatures control.

Citadel Siege + Hardened Scales Combat Boost, choose Dragons and get +3 +1/+1 counters on a creature every combat phase. Khans is fun for tapping opponents cards as well, but choose Dragons on the first two at least.

Dragonscale General End Boost, after swinging leave your weakest creature untapped. It now gets +1/+1 for every creature tapped. Nice mega blocker under the right conditions.

Updates Add

So, I've played this deck a couple times with most of the cards that are meant to be in this deck and I can confirm a couple of things.

1) This deck IS midrange. Against a really aggro deck that kills within five turns, it doesn't do extremely well. The +1/+1 strategy requires a bit of time to set up even with some of the cards in this deck.

2) When allowed to set up, this deck pretty much kills at turn 10/12 depending on the hand and how well the opponent is at creature controlling. Anafenza is great when just beginning to summon creatures due to its bolster effects.

3) I haven't gone up against a true creature control deck yet so I have no idea how it fares against that.

4) Pacifism is just too much fun in this deck.
