This is a modern golgari scavenge deck, focused on pumping up select creatures with the scavenge ability.

Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord's sacrifice ability can be used on the pumped creatures for big direct damage, Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon can be beefed up with counters to apply tons of evasive poison counters, or you can simply attack with creatures like Lotleth Troll or Deadbridge Goliath after they've been pumped up with Varolz, the Scar-Striped or any other scavenge ability.
