This deck is powered by a coven of witches.

The Bog Witch is a utility card, essentially a repeatable Dark Ritual to help speed the deck up a bit. She helps the other members of the coven do their things better and faster.

The Bitterheart Witch exists to lock down your opponents with all sorts of curses. Curse of Death's Hold is a great way to mass-obliterate tokens, shut down aggro, and take the edge off of incoming attacks. Curse of Exhaustion is a good way to slow down your opponent, and can really muck with combo decks. She keeps opponents reeling to protect the other members of the coven.

The Bogbrew Witch is the win condition. Once she has found her Bubbling Cauldron and Festering Newt familiars, she can start slamming opponents with simultaneous damage and creature removal while also healing you. Sanguine Bond doubles this damage (or more in a multiplayer game), and each use will trigger Angelic Accord.

If the coven has successfully gained the help of Athreos, God of Passage, then each Newt sacrifice will result in further damage, or the prompt return of said newt for further sacrifice.
