Fair bit of burn cards and exile to clear the board up so you can swing for the win.

Soldier of the Pantheon is in for decks that have huge multicolored creatures (Abzan midrange, Jeskai etc). The lifegain adds up and protecting yourself from a fat creature is important.

Deflecting Palm for the same purpose - dealing with faties. Punish them for swinging with a huge creature.

Iroas, God of Victory is a win-more card. He helps protect your creatures when you attack and provides evasion.
