Daybreak Chimera
Creature — Chimera
This spell costs less to cast, where X is your devotion to white. (Each in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to white.)

Nice. But the correct format name is Friendly Pauper Brawl.
I would add at least two more lands.
Some other cards to improve the deck:
- Arcane Denial
- Ardenvale Tactician
- Boreal Elemental
- Daybreak Chimera
- Kabuto Moth
- Mulldrifter
- Stormscape Familiar
- Warden of Evos Isle
- Mana Leak
- Pacifism
- Azorius Locket
- Azorius Signet
- Aerial Assault
+1 from me.

I like the idea of Daybreak Chimera, but you'll get more value out of Conclave Phalanx for the life gain and because it is cast with convoke and not white mana source, it can often get cast just as early. Also it pairs nicely with Kor Skyfisher
Doomed Traveler is also a great turn one play as it can block early game and the spirit token it creates is good for getting damage in.
If you want to cast Daybreak Chimera earlier I would suggest running Leonin Skyhunter as it has good evasion with flying and is an excellent turn two play

I would cut palace sentinels, Captain's call, veteran Swordsmit, Reproach, Foot Soldier and Puncturing light for more Thraben, War falcons, Daybreak Chimera, Kor Skyfisher and Icatian Javelineers

Vessel of Ephemera is basically a worse Omen of the Sun. I think you should cut the vessels and go up to 4 omens. I also don't like either of the fonts, they both feel really overpriced for a rather mediocre effect. Font of Ire is 6 total mana for 5 damage. Seal of Fire can do better for less mana, albeit you need recursion. I think it would be a good idea to have some number of Oblivion Ring in the mainboard, as it can deal with so many threats. I would put in some more card draw and filtering to improve the consistency. Effects like Faithless Looting are really good. I would condense your sideboard, maybe trim down on the Pacifism effects and add some life gain cards. Seeing as you are a control deck your opponent will likely trim some of their removal post-board, so adding a big creature as win condition can't be bad. I like Daybreak Chimera and Self-Assembler as finishers. Anyways your deck looks super cool and I am looking to buy myself one. Have fun playing!

Well the wording on Daybreak Chimera says differently. It cost (X) less to cast. You are right about the Brine Giant I just reread that. Shame though. Nothing a couple of Altar of the Pantheons can't fix.

Important to note: You cannot cast Daybreak Chimera nor Brine Giant for 0 mana. The cost reduction is only for the colorless cost and so the cheapest you can cast each for is and respectfully.
I would also keep at least 2x Dawn of Hope as you were correct in your first assessment of having no good draw.
Looks like blue could be a way to go, or black. Or mono. Up to you.

Daybreak Chimera & Brine Giant are great, two big creatures you can cast both using zero Mana, no need for Islands. (I need a black creature like this)... maybe in the next expansion.

The thing with Daybreak Chimera is for every devotion you have it cost one less to cast. At (3)WW for a 3/3 Flyer isn't that great but a 3/3 flyer you could cast for (3), (2), (1), or (0) is even better. I think it should be a staple in upcoming Mono-White standard decks, even if you were Angel theme it's just too powerful a card. Maybe even broken. I think Brought Back is going to be broken pretty soon.
