Sunbond and a ton of life gain. Use Heliod's Pilgrim to get Sunbond out early, slap it on a cheap creature like Oreskos Swiftclaw , then cast Meditation Puzzle to give that creature +8/+8. Also use creatures like Nyx-Fleece Ram and Soulmender to keep buffing it up each turn. Raise the Alarm works well with Congregate , which gives you a ton of life to make Serra Avatar super tough.
