Theros is Rotating - What should I pick up

I have waited a long time for this. I am a fairly new magic player and made the choice not to buy any Theros block cards because they were going to rotate soon.
Magic is however an evil, evil addictive game and I have since learnt about things like modern and EDH and tiny leaders.
So my question, when Theros rotates out I imagine many cards will drop in price. Some dramatically some perhaps only slightly and some might rise.
Which cards from the block are worth picking up as 1 ofs for commander and which are worth picking up as multiples for modern?
I already am thinking :Courser of Kruphix, Sylvan Caryatid, Mana Confluence, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
Basically - Gods (casual and EDH), Blue Temples (EDH) and Thoughtseize (lowest it will ever be).
Anything else is not worth picking up, except maybe Eidolon of the Great Revel.

Go for courser as a one of - it dropped out of favor in modern. Grab 2-4 Caryatids as they might see play sometime in modern. Possibly a few Confluence, but I'm not sure on that one. And keep/buy up to 4 nykthos. Also, Thoughtseize. Get as many as you can (as caligula said).
EDIT: As boza said, try to get eidolons as well :)

This was a question to be asked when Origins came out.
Though I hear that Dictate of Erebos is still a good pickup.

ThatJunkMage Really? I was going to sell mine in bulk, but after seeing that 1.71 price tag, I'm not sure... What drove it up?

Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Thoughtseize, Courser of Kruphix, Fleecemane Lion, Hero's Downfall, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, Sylvan Caryatid, Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Eidolon of the Great Revel, Mana Confluence, and pretty much all the Gods.
Those are the cards from Theros block I personally feel have potential in Tiny Leaders, EDH and Modern.
If you're mostly interested in Modern, you'll want Brimaz, Thoughtseize, Eidolon and perhaps Ashiok (it may have a home in mill decks).

Grave Pact is extremely good in EDH. Like, black staple. Dictate is easier to cast and has more play.

EDH-
All the Gods, whatever colors your running in EDH you most likely want the Gods and their artifacts in those colors. Temples for mana fixing. Depending on your strategy and colors, Courser of Kruphix, Prophet of Kruphix, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Some of the Dictates, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, Planeswalkers like Elspeth, Sun's Champion and Ajani, Mentor of Heroes.
The thing about EDH is that some bad cards are even good depending on your commander's ability so its hard to say but if your looking for straight value then the above should do.
Modern-
Thoughtseize, Eidolon of the Great Revel, Mana Confluence, Master of Waves, Swan Song, and Anger of the Gods

Hero's Downfall because that is a card that is incredibly likely to get a reprint and be a major player in standard next time.

Most of the fetches will probably go up in price as long as they don't get reprinted right? They're on the upwards climb already.

Thanks everyone for the feedback and advice
So in regards to the god cards for instance, I imagine demand for commander alone won't keep the price up? So should I wait till about December or so and pick them up cheap?

I think you would be surprised at how well commander can influence the price of cards. Get it now if you can in while stock will be higher

Thoughtseize. As many as you can.
