Let me clarify for you: You are looking for cards that tap your opponents lands when your cards do things?

yes tap mana for creatures. tap lands to play spells, anything to stall them on what they can do.

Ensnaring Bridge? Wall of Omens ..stall tactics. There isn't too much mana deprivation in blue. Crucible of Worlds+Ghost Quarter?

Back to Basics against nonbasic land heavy opponents (unless your nonbasic heavy as well). :3

for example... (cards i use)
force tapping lands and dealing two damage to an opponet by Piracy or Early Frost + Psychic Venom
then i use walls such as Wall of Frost , Fog Bank , and Hover Barrier as defenders and preventing damage while my attackers ... Latch Seeker, and Triton Shorestalker deal damage.

There's also Spreading Seas, which can throw any two+ color decks or decks with non-basics way off.
Colorless land destruction is also viable. Wasteland, Ghost Quarter, and Tectonic Edge all come to mind. Why tap down their mana when you can just get rid of it?

and any suggestions on maybe some creature base? maybe speed up a damage process? thatd be cool.

Probably weenie tempo creatures. Cards like Cloud of Faeries, Phantasmal Bear, Spiketail Hatchling, etc.
That way you can keep up as much mana as possible as you attack their mana base, while playing efficient creatures to swarm with.

Rishadan Port is good mana denial. It only really works if you have an AEther Vial, though.
Bringing D&T to blue?

Its the modern primer, but still a good introduction to what the deck is all about.

vampirelazarus The modern version is pretty weak. In legacy, though, it's one of the top 3 best decks. It's super good. Mana denial + AEther Vial + white weenies is apparently the most broken thing.
Imagine what sort of insanity you could have with blue? It'd be a completely different deck, but just imagine.

Coherence in writing is important. Please employ it in the future.
Gigadrowse is a reasonable choice.
