How do I deal with cyclonic rift?

Everytime it's cast it's usually a complete blowout and I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to stop it without running blue for counterspells.
Huh. I forgot about both of those cards. Any ideas for Green/black?

Honestly, you just have to learn to not play in to it. If your board state is big enough that it's a "complete blowout", then it's big enough for you to have started killing people. If your board state is big enough to start killing people easily, then you were clearly a threat, and straight up deserved that rift.
Either speed your deck up to kill them before they find and cast the rift, or play threats that allow you to keep a minimal board state so that it isn't a blowout.

As said above though, your best option is to just not play into it.

Ghostway or the new Eerie Interlude gives you some evasive options... when playing white.

Red Elemental Blast, Pyroblast, Choke, Tsunami, Boil
The last few are super mean, but they work!

How about Praetor's Grasp? Then if you really want, you can also just cast it to add insult to injury.

Bitter Ordeal. If you time this right, you can get rid of every troublesome card in his entire deck.
Would you like your blue opponents spayed or neutered?

Thanks everyone for the responses. I'll definitely try to incorporate some of these cards into my decks.
