I haven't been as active as I was a few months ago and I haven't really had the desire to brew in a long while. Things feel over saturated and figured out from a competitive standpoint with edh. Probably because so many people play. Anyways, submit a commander with an ability that can be built around and I'll brew it up for you as long as you tell me why you want it brewed/built.

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain - but make it (drumroll please) a POLITICS DECK!!
Kingmaker, group hug, group slug, little of each- I love decks that are interactive, and fun for the whole table!
I have a prototype of this already built- it focuses on a lot of ramp and legendary permanents that interact with the board in cool, mostly group-hug-ish ways.
It’s a deck that I cherish and I’d be interested in making it stronger or more consistent (especially my mana base, but also the group hug aspects).

Your mission of you chose to accept it is to brew a Phage the Untouchable deck. There are but one rule. You have to be able to cast Phage the Untouchable from your commandzone without losing. Good luck!

Challenge accepted. I actually just finished a politics deck but I'll see if I can apply what I learned from that build to this; 5c mana bases are expensive to be consistent its rough but I'll try to map out different grades of mana bases for you.

saluma accepted. However, in mono black the only way is to use Torpor Orb alternatively you can put it in your hand with Command Beacon and just cast it but that's not what you want XD

Alright, I recently sketched out a Jori En, Ruin Diver deck focused on casting multiple spells to capitalize on her ability.
Unfortunately, my plan was based primarily on copy cards e.g. Reverberate , which I looked up the rulings and copies don't count as casts for her ability.
All that said, you think you could take a stab at a Jori En, Ruin Diver deck focused on casting multiple spells per turn especially during opponents' turns? If you still include the copy theme, that'd be a bonus!

I've been trying to construct a blink/toolbox Niv-Mizzet Reborn deck and struggling hard to optimize it. I want to try a deck like this just for the shenanigans and vast array of ways that the game could play out. I'd like to see your ideas!

Also it would be super dope of at least almost all the cards were multicolored in the deck, although I know that even I would add a Bloom Tender and a Chromatic Lantern to that deck at the least.

IATEAREPUBLICAN i'm not sure if ill accept this one. Not because it's a bad idea; it's just been figured out! =) there are a couple of great deck makers on here that have put him together exactly how you specified and I don't like to improve upon perfection.

RNR_Gaming fair enough! I've been trying to avoid EDHRec when building this deck, but since I've been struggling I thought "Meh I'll just ask this guy and maybe find a couple gems that I'm not thinking of off the top of my head"
What's your idea on Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer ? Is he pretty figured out as well, or do you got some interesting ideas? I literally just got back into MTG after quitting for 5 or 6 years so I'm not too fluent on what the meta is like, so please forgive me lol

no. not edhrec there are people here on tappedout that already have him brewed up. Theres a cedh deck and then theres one labeled something like niv and 62 targets or something. He doesn't really peek my interest but i've helped someone with him before.

Before Yargle, Glutton of Urborg was first spoiled (and decided to build that), I was originally trying to put together a Pestilence .deck helmed by Bontu the Glorified , with things like Death Pits of Rath & Worldslayer thrown in for good measure..

ZendikariWol here is my take on it; obviously the land base can be downgraded to trilands or trangild promenade type lands but this is how I'd build it without a budget; primarily using the commander to fetch out some of our tools and then using allies we make to close out the game.

Make the most low to the ground, less than 2 cmc average deck with Syr Faren, the Hengehammer at the helm. Also only can use cards legal in pioneer.

I'm at work and it's slow on the holidays. I have a lot of card knowledge and it's not too difficult if I don't play test em or have to put together a primer.

RNR_Gaming: Thank you! The list seems very nice, obviously higher-end than anything I sketched out. Clearly there are some changes I'd like to make (mostly budgetary), but you definitely saw and pursued several avenues of thinking that I did not even consider!

RNR_Gaming yo that deck is insane though! I love the idea, but there's a couple aspects in that deck that i wanted to avoid, most notably Food Chain. Reason being, I just built a Chulane Food Chain deck recently. So I just wanted to back off of that strategy for the Niv deck. However, there's a few cards and combos in there that I'd never considered! Thanks for the suggestion man!

Fellin22. The curve is mostly 2-3 but I think this would be what I'd play with those limitations. There are actually a lot of great cards I had trouble making cuts. Also, it feels land light but I did some gold fishing and it seems fine; might pick it with a fine tooth comb but here's your list

Bwahaha! I challenge thee, thy scorpion God! the most causal of casual commanders, and strictly worse than strictly worse. I really dont know how you would brew him, and i would love to see your take on it lol
