Rhystic Study or Smothering Tithe?

I am planning to replace Ring of Three Wishes in my green/white/blue Jenara, Asura of War EDH deck, but I am not certain with what card I should replace it.
I am deciding between two cards: Rhystic Study or Smothering Tithe, which are two cards that are infamous for taxing their controller's opponents while providing card advantage to their controller, but both cards are so excellent that I am not certain which I should choose.
Rhystic Study has a lower mana cost, and also would help to ensure that white is not too prevalent over the other colors, but Smothering Tithe is about to be reprinted in Double Masters 2022, which shall almost certainly lower its price, so I am not certain which is the better card.
What does everyone else say about this? Which card should replace Ring of Three Wishes in my Jenara deck?

This is a weird comparison but I'd pick Rhystic Study. Because it's 3 mana

I'd also go with Smothering Tithe due to the fact you have only 1 sorta mana ramp in Skyward Eye Prophets you have plenty of rocks but I don't see any staple land searchs like Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Farseek, Growth Spiral, Rampant Growth, Pir's Whim, Hour of Promise or hell Sword of the Animist. So i would go Tithe over Study for the mana gain but you also only have 4 card draw if possible I would try to squeeze in Zendikar Resurgent for both mana acceleration and card draw in all honesty i would cut Mirari's Wake for Resurgent for that extra card draw, yes you have some anthems but you focus more on +1/+1 counters rather than anthems, both would be best however if only one or the other I would go the Zendikar route, the only downside to Resurgent is that it cost 2 more mana but that shouldn't too much of a problem if aff Tithe and some mana ramp. But in the end it's up to you im just giving you may worthless 2 cents

Thus far, there are two votes for Rhystic Study and one vote for Smothering Tithe, so I shall wait for several more days, and several more responses, before I make a decision on this matter.

You're a green deck and have access to much better ramp than Smothering Tithe. I'd definitely play Rhystic Studies.

lukas96, that is now three votes in favor of Rhystic Study, so, unless more users vote for Smothering Tithe by this upcoming Saturday, I shall put RS into my deck.

I ultimately have chosen Rhystic Study, so I thank everyone for their feedback.

Quick question: if both are out on the battlefield does the opposition get to declare what they are Paying to prevent?

DapperKava, since each enchantment triggers under different conditions, there should not be any confusion regarding which cost a player is paying.

Think about it this way:
Ring of Three Wishes gives you access to a tutor, which is a form of card advantage. Rhystic Study allows you to potentially draw more cards off of your opponent. I.e; card advantage.
Smothering Tithe only allows you to potentially have more mana. You'd be losing a source that lets you see more of your deck. I would go with Rhystic Study because it potentially allows you to see more of your deck, whereas Smothering Tithe does not.
