The best? I would have to go with the Meren of Clan Nel Toth one or I would say go with the Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury one. Both are amazing and do well out of the box. They also do not require much in the way of upgrades to be fairly competitive.
P.S. The decks are called Plunder the Graves and Guided by Nature respectively

I personally love Plunder the Graves. Breed Lethality is decent, except for the $80 price tag. Invent Superiority is also good. I also have to second Guided by Nature, great deck there. However, if you're really looking for the "best", almost all of them are good just out of the box, with the exception of Arcane Wizardry and Draconic Domination.
The face cards for each of the listed decks in order of appearance are: Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, Breya, Etherium Shaper, Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury.

Drakon562 without looking at the price tag which would you pick between plunder the grave, breed lethality and invent superiority

I personally would pick Invent Superiority-the synergy is pretty good, and if you were looking to upgrade it, I don't think that the enhancements would be that much. However, if you don't like artifacts, don't pick this deck.

All Invent Superiority needs is infinite mana combos which is readily available in those colors like Grand Architect + Pili-Pala (Breya's thopters are blue, don't forget that!). That or Ashnod's Altar/Krark-Clan Ironworks + Nim Deathmantle/Eldrazi Displacer with Breya or any 2+ token producers on ETB. Of course almost anything is available with 4 out of the 5 colors... Breya is for sure very synergistic and if you want a sample deck that I upgraded from the precon here it is: Breya's ROFLcopter Shenanigans I listed out some of the more potent synergies in the description and the various combos one could use.

Not really. If you want to add one, feel free, but Teferi's Protection is just a good card in general. If you feel the need to play it (i.e. lots of sweepers in your meta), then do it, otherwise, if you have one you could use it, but don't go out of your way to find one.

Arcane Wizardry isn't THAT bad. All you need to do is grab some better etb wizards and take out the alt commanders (whom honestly add nothing to the deck) and stick with Inalla. The one card infinite combo the deck has (using Wanderwine Prophets) is stupid though, but definitely something to mention.
Here's a list of the minimum cards I added to make it decent:
Rite of Rep makes an infinite combo with Dualcaster Mage, whilst Victimize makes a sort of infinite combo with Archaeomancer and Ashnod's Altar
I will admit that trying to use one of the alt commanders isn't an idea here, as you will need to make A LOT of upgrades to make them decent.

I agree with picks here of best precons out of box. Plunder the Graves, Guided by Nature and Invent Superiority. Adding to these picks is my suggestion of Mind Sieze.
These four precons are completely different as far as strategies goes. If you like a sacrifice theme and utilizing the graveyard with reanimation of creatures go with Plunder. Only two colors makes it cheap for upgrades to the manabase and deck.
If you like artifacts as well as graveyard interaction with them go with Invent Superiority. Breya is the most powerful commander out of these four choices. Invent also includes Sharuum who can be another fun artifact centric Commander. The out of box four color manabase is okay, it's completely useable, but will require the most price out of the choices to upgrade it.
Guided by Nature and Mind Seize are unique because both these precons give you two powerful creatures to use as Commander who are better than the Commanders the precons are built with. Ezuri as an Elf tribal Commander option in Guided and Nekusar in Mind Seize. Being able to switch between Freyalise and Ezuri or Jeleva and Nekusar brings some added fun with these precons.
For a beginner I would recommend Guilded because it's one color, pretty straight forward easy to upgrade the manabase and the deck with only green cards and Elves. The deck is great with either Ezuri or Freyalise.
If you want a challange and like drawing cards I think Mind Sieze is the hardest deck to play out of box of these choices. It has the most interaction with your opponents. Nekusar and Jeleva are both powerful as Commander with the slight edge going to Nekusar because I think he works better as Commander for how the precon is built.

And by best we mean the one that requires the less update (not talking about land here) to be descent in a 4vs4 game
