This is a White-Blue Prison Control deck I am building, based on cards like Ghostly Prison and Monastery Siege to discourage direct attack, then cards like Detention Sphere and Oppressive Rays to ensure they are shut down. All the while, you utilize cards like Dovin's Veto and Mana Leak to regulate the pace of the game. From there, it's a matter of getting one of my powerful creatures in to end the game, through Angelic Arbiter, Guile, or Phyrexian Rebirth.

I should note, this deck will mainly be used in Free For Alls with my friends, where there are three or four other players in the game. Therefore, cards like Phyrexian Rebirth and Ghostly Prison are all the more effective.

I'm trying to keep the deck at a reasonable price point, which is difficult with cards like Ghostly Prison and Force Field, so please don't suggest anything too expensive!
