This deck is built around Deathrender, the basic idea is to play Deathrender and equip it to a creature that can be sacrificed such as Sakura-Tribe Elder or Alchemist's Apprentice. Then by sacrificing the creature which has Deathrender equipped it allows for a large creature in the case of this deck that is Worldspine Wurm. Serum Visions, Fabricate, and Mwonvuli Beast Tracker help find the pieces. Mulldrifter is just more draw and worst case scenario a target for Deathrender that allows you to draw cards.

Turn 4 Wurm

Best case scenario is a turn 4 Worldspine Wurm: Turn 1: Forest + Old-Growth Dryads Turn 2: Land + Sakura-Tribe Elder or Alchemist's Apprentice Turn 3: Land + Deathrender Turn 4: Equip Deathrender to Sakura-Tribe Elder or Alchemist's Apprentice and sac allowing for Worldspine Wurm to be placed on the battlefield
