I would change 3x Rakdos Shred-Freak for 3x Thrill-Kill Assassin . Freak is pretty miserable even if you cast it on time compared to Thrill-Kill who can clear the path from anything really. This could help even more your Master of Cruelties and since it has Deathtouch, opponent may let it pass and let you activate Rakdos.

You don't have to worry about Pithing Needle screwing with Sire Of Insanity because the Sire isn't an activated ability it's a triggered ability. Needle don't touch him. Also doesn't affect Blood Scrivener or Ash Zealot for the same reason.
