This is a deck I've always wanted to make so here's my take on it.

Deck tech: Get as many Scute Swarms out as possible, and turn them into angels, and buff them to hell and back with Felidar Retreat. Barring getting any Scute Swarms out, there's plenty of power in using Felidar Retreat to get you some tokens in the meantime. Add in Lotus Cobra for reliable mana ramp, Greenwarden and Crucible of Worlds for recurring use of Evolving Wilds and Fabled Passage, and Murasa Rootgrazer for land plays every turn when you're in dire need of a landfall trigger - and Explore and Exploration for times when you're flooded.

I have run into the issue of running out of basic lands for tutoring with Evolving Wilds and Fabled Passage through use of recursion effects, and possibly removing the pathways could solve this, but usually by the time that's an issue you're either winning or losing the game anyway. I like the pathway lands for reliable mana fixing.

I briefly toyed with the idea of throwing Risen Reef in, but it's hard to justify adding a whole extra color to the deck for two cards (Risen Reef and most likely Growth Spiral). Risen Reef has its place in landfall, but I'm not sure it's needed in this deck. Maybe in a Simic variant replacing Divine Visitation with something else (Maybe a Wrenn and Seven 'lands are creatures' deck. Thoughts for another time.)
