WOULD LOVE ADVICE 4 win cons: 1. Thopter swarm (rare) 2. Turn 4 agro kill (a bit more common) 3. Turn 4-5-6 storm kill (most games) 4. Upon occasion, you draw your entire deck, so thassa's oracle/ lab man effect is usefull, though you can also jsut grapeshot for like 140 instead of winning the game with a lab man. Choose very wisely while playing, as if you try to win the wrong way you will lose. Also, can survive while under heavy removal decently

Also, if you are wondering how I can get 60+ storm without playing the entire library, you can just recur the same useless artifacts over and over and that increases the storm count. This is a very fun deck, I have been optimizing it for the past couple months, and I highly recommend it.
