A dimir Faerie flash aggro counter deck. Idea is to have faerie taunting in play to deal damage every time you cast a spell during and opponents turn. A big part of the deck is Scion of Oona to help give creatures +1/+1 and shroud; when you attack you can play Notorious Throng (hopefully for the prowl cost) to generate Faerie Rogue Token Creatures which will also get +1/+1 counters and gain shroud, and also an extra turn.
