Hogaak, minus most of the competitiveness. Plan One: Self Mill Mill yourself using cheap mill cards like Glimpse the Unthinkable until you reach your Hogaak. At this point, hopefully, you win the game. While you're looking for your Hogaak, protect yourself and play the control deck. If you don't get your Hogaak, delve in cards like temporal trespass and murderous cut to protect yourself, and maybe even a Necropolis Fiend for a backup finisher. Plan Two Mill your opponent using cards like Mesmeric Orb and Hedron Crab. While you're milling them out, protect yourself with cards like Mana Leak and Fatal Push.
