This is a straightforward deck. Simply use Delver of Secrets for early advantage, cast counterspells as needed, use cantrips at the end of the opponent's turn, and build up your graveyard so that the snakes cost next to nothing. Tolarian Terror just costs U and Cryptic Serpent just costs UU when the grave has enough instants and sorceries. Use Artful Dodge and Dragon Wings to make sure damage goes through.
