This is mainly Tolarian Community Collage's deck from Modern Mono Red Goblins, plus some comments from _Minshakaa_The_Comb0ist_ and some of my own substitutions. I didn't like Goblin Guide, Spikeshot Elder, Mogg War Marshal and Goblin Cohort so I changed them out for Goblin Glory Chaser, Goblin Lackey, Raging Goblin and Warren Instigator. I also put in Krenko, because I actually have a copy of him around and wow, does he work crazy good with this deck.

Mostly everything is proxys, so before I go out and drop some cash on this deck, please let me know what awful newbie mistakes I'm making, such as why Goblin Guide is a really awesome card.
