Feedback Update! —Sept. 5, 2020
THANK YOU everyone for all the feedback!!!
I’m surprised by how many cards I ended up missing that really fit well in the deck, and really appreciate all the recommendations! Now comes the hard part of making cuts; given the large number of lands (which really should remain at 36-37), I’m thinking of beginning to cut down on the existing creatures and spells. Some things that feel somewhat out of place are War's Toll and Price of Glory, although they’re two of the more prominent protection points in the deck - I don’t think they should go, but they might as a last resort. I also feel as if Whispersilk Cloak and Embercleave can be effectively replaced with other cards that provide similar aggressive power, since they’re really the only two equipment cards in the deck. I’ll be updating the list consistently with all the recommendations, so once again, thank you everyone!!

Oh, and Irencrag Feat could also be nice, possibly as a replacement for Mana Geyser??

I'll definitely keep Atlas in mind! I chose Geyser over Feat only because it's not limiting you to one spell; and in multiplayer games, I've seen Geyser add over 15+ mana from just one spell. It's really good for just one mana more.

What about Ghirapur Orrery? It helps your opponents, sure. But it also gives you upwards to 4 extra combat steps each turn with fetches and Crucible. Probably wipe the board the turn you play it. :)

(And by wipe the board I mean kill all your opponents :P)

Also worth noting: You don't get additional Main phases, but you do still get your second Main Phase. So if you drop 4 lands in your first Main, you get 5 Combat phases, then your second main phase. :)

So a note with Walking Atlas, the untap from Moraug happens during combat but the landfall will only trigger during main phase. Unless you have a way to untap it during main phase you will only get the single activation, it still has good synergy for sure, it's just not the dump all the lands from your hand combo

I've got a few suggestions. Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin loves the attack boost provided by your commander, in addition to the combat synergies already present. Dolmen Gate can let you attack with impunity.

Wayfarer's Bauble is another cheap way to get a land out. Swiftfoot Boots will help protect Moraug, and Balefire Dragon and Steel Hellkite love extra attacks.

Godo, Bandit Warlord goes infinite withHelm of the Host.

How about Walking Atlas? He'll essentially give you an extra combat step for every land in your hand as long as you have Moraug out.
