I always loved madness vampires, and here's my attempt at putting them in pioneer!
The core shell of the deck was 20 cards:
4x Asylum Visitor--Great card draw, a solid beater, and already has madness, plain and simple.
4x Stromkirk Condemned--Madness enabler and a pseudo-lord for the vampires (The lordship is almost always active)
4x Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord--Not required perhaps, but it's such a good vampire card it would be careless not to include.
4x Fiery Temper--Lightning bolt with madness, what's not to love?
4x Call the Bloodline--Maybe not "necessary" but it's a simple enabler that can generate tokens, help voldaren pariah, and get rid of lands if you're mana flooded.
That then leaves 18-20 cards that can be interchanged, but I chose the following:
4x Voldaren Pariah--I was hesitant at first, but after play-testing she's been amazing. A solid madness finisher that wrecks your opponent if you can flip it.
3x Olivia, Mobilized for War--I've honestly found her to be a bit underwhelming in play tests (aside from being a beater), but she's my favorite character, she sometimes comes through with solid wins, and does enough that made me feel she was worth keeping in.
4x Vampire of the Dire Moon--There's a lot of options for this one drop slot, but I ultimately felt she was the best, especially with deathtouch and lifelink (Plus the art is sweet).
4x Lightning Axe--A great discard enabler and removal spell in one.
4x Bloodhall Priest--While you could probably swap her with something else, Bloodhall priest is a great beater and finisher, similar to Voldaren Pariah, only she can burn as well.
As for the sideboard:
2x Kolaghan's Command--An overall excellent card that just covers a lot of situations.
3x Legion's End--Ideally an attempt at being a mini-surgical extraction
3x Rakdos Charm--Hits affinity, prowess, and graveyard decks!
3x Slaughter Games--Destroys combo decks and can solidly harm a lot of decks.
4x Thoughtseize--Again, hits combo decks hard and can hurt most decks!
