Hello! I have decided to make a mill deck with Jester's Scepter as protection and small mill outlet and Jester's Cap as protection against threatening cards while also being a minor mill outlet. Due to the budget constraint I couldn't include cards such as Bruvac and Surgical Extraction to the main deck so I had to cut Brurvac entirely and however I did put them into the maybeboard for future, costly, upgrades. I hope that doesn't make it so that it affects the competitiveness of the deck :).

Due to the nature of the deck it can be played in two ways a traditional mill deck or a fast aggro deck getting out large threats early while disabling your opponent. Now for the strategy.

Turn 1 plays, ideally, should be Jace's Phantasm. Hedron Crab can be good for the traditional mill setup with them essentially milling 3 cards each turn. Tome Scour and Extirpate are late game utility to eliminate large threats so it is not recommenced to play them. However if they are cards that could kill the phantasm then it could be useful to play tome scour however it leaves you open to attack. Also if you decide to put it in from the sideboard peek can be good for identifying threats and working around them.

Turn 2 is extremely important as Glimpse the Unthinkable is probably the most vital card as if you are able to successfully cast it allows Jace's Phantasm to become a 5/5 and practically win you the game, however don't be afraid to hold back and play a Mana Leak if you played a Peek or Tome Scour.

Turn 3 doesn't really have a set strategy as you could play a multitude of cards. I would recommend this is a sort of turn to retaliate to whatever your opponent is doing. However you could also play a jesters sceptre to mill them and for extra protection for the creatures you would have.

Turn 4 If you haven't won by this turn with your Phantasms or milling them out just survive. Try to cast alot of mill spells or cast a Jester's Cap which by turn 5 you could cast instead of Consuming Aberration to protect it for a potential turn 7

Turn 5 This turn is the turn you cast Consuming Aberration, your ace be sure that they don't have any threats in hand.

Turn 6 You should have won with your Consuming Aberration

I hope you like it and consider me for the prize :)
