Vines of Vastwood, Blossoming Defense, or Predator's Strike could help you win on Turn 3.

Okay interesting, i forgot about those cards, could replace my blessings and bioshift. but how would the turn 3 kill look like?

The way my version of this deck works is:

Predator's Strike is another option for 18 damage on turn 3, it also provides Trample. It's an instant so it can also protect Varolz, the Scar-Striped from Lightning Bolts!. The problem, it can't stop him from being removed though. That's why I use Blossoming Defense and Vines of Vastwood. They offer Hexproof and a buff.

  • Turn 4: you have a few options here, like Lotleth Troll and Scavenging Sheltering Ancient. I use Sheltering Ancient over Force of Savagery and Hunted Horror because it can be used as a blocker and self-sacrificed at upkeep. Become Immense is also an option. At this point it should be an easy win, depending on the control of the opponent's deck. It also might be rough to play Affinity because of the number of creature blockers they can produce early in the game.

Bioshift does work well against decks that run a lot of removal. I did have it sideboarded. You can pop off the scavenged counters and stay in the game.

Birds of Paradise can also be the target of your counters with Scavenge. A flying 13/14 on turn 3, that can be buffed to a 17/18 with Vines of Vastwood. It's a good secondary means of winning if the opponent has no Flying creatures. It also provides early game ramp and mana fixing that is essential.

Fauna Shaman is a card I've considered in the sideboard as well to play against control heavy decks, she can help mid-game to setup multiple combos with her ability to tutor creatures and sacrifice them. She doesn't fit into the main board well though because she generally lacks synergetic utility.

Hunted Horror is decent for Scavenging, but if it comes down to it and you have to play it, it can single handedly lose you the game with that protection from black tokens it creates for the opponent in a Golgari deck.

How you win on turn 4 can go like this

1.) Forest / Birds of Paradise2.) Forest / Vines of Vastwood used on Birds (attack for 4 flying damage with the kicker)3.) Swamp / Varolz, the Scar-Striped4.) Land (if you have it) Grisly Salvage Scavenge Death's Shadow onto Birds of Paradise play Blossoming Defense or Vines of Vastwood on Birds of Paradise(Swing for 16/17 Flying damage)

To get a turn 3 win you have to rely on the opponent forcing you to discard a card unfortunately. This deck is more of a solid turn 4 win strategy.

With Liliana of the Veil being so common in the meta game, it's very possible on turn 3 for her to be cast and the opponent use her +1.

Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize are also heavily used. They could potentially make a first game mistake and think your Death's Shadow deck is practicing a different win-condition and force you to sacrifice it.

Its OK PickleNutz i just dont know what to get out for the birds. I think the Creatures are overall a case of playstyle, i dont want to cast Hunted Horror or the force i just want to discard it with my troll. i may remove the tutor for varolz to increase the amount of dredge spells but i think its pretty well looking.

That's the beauty of Magic, you have a great deck and idea already. I don't want to change that, just offered my perspective. I think what you have here already is a very good deck.

I love this deck I was actually wanting to build it last night but I couldn't find your deck in my saves. The version I started making had alot more creatures in it. Is there a reason you don't add Corpsejack Menace or Skullbriar, the Walking Grave

Corpsejack Menace is far too much mana cost for what he does and Skullbriar, the Walking Grave doesn't add much to the Main theme of the deck so i don't know why i should include any of these.
