Cabal Shrine counts all graveyards, so if another player casts a spell with the same name as a card in another player's grave, they ditch a card. I know that doesn't really go anywhere towards winning, but it still does something.

Addle does too much.

Altar Golem counts opponents' creatures, too. Even with no creatures to untap it, there are probably corner cases where someone might be able to get me to throw it at someone, and I think that corner case is too much.

The rest seems fine, I think. Candles of Leng will draw me cards, but I don't think that will actually do enough to make a difference.

Also, I think I should throw in Null Rod just for flavor.

Eye of Ugin can search out Lurking Automaton and Cogwork Grinder, so cut it for another nonbo piece. (:

Endemic Plague , since your current creatures don't even stick around, let alone have relevant typing. At the same time, any "sacrifice a creature as an additional cost" cards might be relevant.

Fractured Powerstone . It may tap for mana, but the ability to roll the planar die is so worth it.

Feast of Blood . Return of the Nightstalkers . Tombfire ? Dredge ? Goryo's Vengeance . One with Nothing . Endless Ranks of the Dead . Unbreathing Horde . Fatal Mutation ? Prowess of the Fair . Do an all nonbasic manabase and run all the swamps matter cards. Nightmare , Squelching Leeches , Corrupt , Cabal Coffers , Sink into Takenuma , Horobi's Whisper , etc. Also run domain. Planar Despair , Manaforce Mace , Drag Down , Exotic Curse , Voices from the Void .

Last but not least, I like a way to kill people. Death of a Thousand Stings does something, but if you kill with it you get a sticky note with you name on it in history textbooks.

@prosperonight: I count 99 cards in the main, plus Haakon to make the 100.

@EnSigma: On Death Wish, what if my group allows me to play casually and grab things from my collection? I can't allow that to happen. Fractured Powerstone also does too much. It taps for mana, and I can roll the planar die if I'm playing Planechase (which I do have a planar deck for). Domain can also do too much if someone else gets out an Urborg. And a kill con? Nope. That's why I only run creatures that can't stick: so I can't attack with them and win. That said, I do like Return of the Nightstalkers, One with Nothing (can't believe I forgot about that), Darksteel Relic, Pyromancer's Gauntlet, and Spinal Parasite. I think those will make the deck. @EnSigma: Sunglasses is in there. I'll consider the others, but I'm trying to keep corner cases where I can actually win the game or do something to a minimum. :)

I can see how you could, in a very, very corner case end up with a zombie or an elf, but there is no way you can have a flashback or a legend in your grave, and even if you do somehow end up with TWO vampires, Feast of Blood won't win you the game. I'd really like to see the swamp count come down here, because it's a lame excuse to say "my deck has cards that do nothing" when half of it is lands. You take what you can get.

Yeah, I'm trying to cut a lot of Swamps. I kinda started out with 90-something and some of the fetches and Conspiracy constructs and worked the jank from there.

Also, I'm not sure if I want uncastable cards in the deck. I'd like to be able to use them, and then do nothing with them. In the case of Goryo's Vengeance and Feast of Blood, I cannot fulfill the casting requirements, and so I can't show that I have it in my deck. I can at least cast Cateran Summons and then fail to find.

Why is there an Island in this list?

@prosperonight: I stole the idea from a friend with a Mishra nonbo deck. His deck has a single Forest with "If anyone finds out you have this, you lose the game" written on it. I'd do something similar with the Island.
