Tl;dr: It's like Izzet Murktide but with black and Third Path Iconoclast.

General Game Plan

This deck attempts to leverage the power of Third Path Iconoclast to turn our disruption, cantrips, and card advantage into threats. EI and Ransom keep the cards flowing, with Ransom fueling Murktide and DRC. Shredder improves draws and fuels the yard. The removal/answer suite can be tuned to a certain meta very easily.
