My goal was to construct a Dimir Mill/Control deck that can compete in a casual setting.

Problem:Mill decks rely on spells that rarely effect the board state, thus opponents set up to crush it before they can be milled to death or creatures get pumped aptly.

Solution:Stall until you can clear the board or mill and drop a creature that gets pumped in the same turn. Usually turn 4-6 the engine can be turned on.
